Tropical Smoothie Bowl with Mixed Fruits

Ingredients

1 cup of fruit mix 

1 ripe banana

½ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons of natural yogurt

Suggested toppings: granola, grated coconut, kiwi slices, flaked almonds, more red fruits.

Preparation

  1. In a blender, place the fruit mix, banana, almond milk and yogurt. Blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk in small amounts to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Serve the mixture in a bowl and decorate with the suggested toppings or those of your preference.
  4. Enjoy immediately as a refreshing and nutritious breakfast, snack or dessert!
