Sweet & Divine Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients
1 cup Sweet & Divine frozen strawberries
8-10 fresh mint leaves
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons sugar or agave syrup
2 oz white rum
Mineral water
Ice to taste
Preparation
- In a tall glass, mix the mint leaves, lemon juice and sugar or syrup. Mash gently with a muddler or spoon to release the mint aroma.
- Add the frozen strawberries and white rum. Stir well.
- Add ice and top off the glass with mineral water or soda.
- Decorate with a sprig of mint and a strawberry on the edge.
