Vanilla and Blueberries Ice Cream for Christmas

Ingredients

For the vanilla ice cream:

2 cups cold whipping cream

1 cup of condensed milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

 

To decorate:

Red fruit jam

1 cup Sweet and Divine blueberries

Candy Bastones

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks.
  2. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly until integrated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  4. Serve scoops of vanilla ice cream in individual cups or bowls.
  5. Cover with a generous spoonful of the red fruit jam.
  6. Decorate with Sweet and Divine blueberries. Accompany this dessert with candy canes for a Christmas extra.
