Yogurt with Blueberries and Oats

Ingredients

1 cup of natural or Greek yogurt

1/2 cup Sweet & Divine frozen blueberries 

1/4 cup whole oats

1 teaspoon honey 

Preparation

  1. In a container, place natural or Greek yogurt as a base.
  2. Add the blueberries and oats. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the mixture a little
  3. Add honey to taste to sweeten and mix well.

 

Serves as a nutritious and energy-filled breakfast or snack.
